What is Osteopathy?
Osteopathy is a manual therapy that is based on understanding the person as a whole and takes into consideration all of the details of that person’s day-to-day life, health concerns, past or current injuries, illnesses and activity level. It is an alternative medicine that uses knowledge of all of the different systems of the body to help understand the root of the problem or refer to the correct professional.

What happens in an Osteopathy session?
- Pain Assessment (5-10 mins)
- Tests (10-15 mins)
- Treatment (20-35 mins)
- Advice or exercises and stretches to recommend (5-10 mins)
